My story
How I got here
17+ years of enterprise Microsoft work
I trained as an engineer at ENSI, from 2005 to 2009. Since then, I have spent more than 17 years designing and delivering enterprise solutions on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and Azure, and more recently SharePoint Embedded.
In the SharePoint and Microsoft 365 era, I consulted for organizations such as Thales, Natixis and France Télévisions, in banking, finance, energy, insurance, healthcare, aerospace, defense and government.
Microsoft recognizes my community work with the Microsoft 365 MVP award, in Microsoft 365 Development and SharePoint. In 2019, I also earned the Azure Security Engineer certification.
On stage
Community conferences have taken me on stage around the world: CollabDays, M365 Community Days, the AI Community Conference (AICO), Experts Live, the aMP community conferences, Microsoft Community Days Mexico and Global Azure. I talk about secure and ethical AI agents with Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry, SharePoint Embedded and MCP for AI agents, and data readiness for AI.
The CommunityDays.org Speakerboard (opens in a new tab), which ranks speakers by sessions, puts me #1 of 3,027 speakers all time: 84 sessions at 76 events in 26 countries since April 2024.
AI Community Days
I founded AI Community Days (opens in a new tab). The first event took place in Carthage, Tunisia, on May 30, 2025.
As of October 6, 2026, the series counts 41 published events (38 held, 3 upcoming) in 28 cities, 15 countries and 5 continents. Of these, 12 are hosted at Microsoft offices, from Seoul to São Paulo.
A global team of 13 people, 6 of them Microsoft MVPs, runs the series with me. I also built the platform behind it: a call for speakers with reviewer scoring, speaker and event walls, an organizer space, verifiable attendance certificates, sponsorship packages, a public read-only API, a world map, and AI-generated social posts and banners.
Building companies
Through MCEXPERT, my company in Belgium, I run SKWLD (opens in a new tab), live small-cohort training led by practitioners, and the MCEXPERT jobs platform, which recruits and places Microsoft and AI consultants. In France, I run SPNEXT, an IT consulting company.
Life on the road
Events have taken me on 271 flights and more than 800,000 kilometres, by my own count. I am based between Paris and Brussels, also work from Singapore, and work in English, French and Arabic.
Working while travelling, and keeping several businesses running at once, is now something I mentor people on.
